A multimedia set consisting of printed windscreen and canopy hood frames, to be completed with acetate windows. The sliding side windows on the hood fit into finely rendered tracks such that they can be positioned open, closed or anything in between. The hood has been recently redesigned to make it stronger and a bit easier to assemble.
Included are a sheet of engraved acetate windows, along with tools to heat-form the curved upper hood glazing and trim it to size.
The canopies come in two variations:
Early -Windscreen front window is unarmored. Set includes acetate blank for the front window and a tool to trim it precisely.
Late -Windscreen is armored. Set includes a 3D printed clear part for the thick armored glass, along with a tool to hold the armored glass while polishing.
